Go To Specific Movie Location In YouTube
Thursday, April 23, 2009
Visualize this: You are watching a movie on Youtube & for some urgent work you had to close the movie before it finishes. Now when you are free again you want to continue watching the movie from the point you had left. What would you do?
You would probably scroll the seek button and hope it starts from the point you had left. You sure would have to go left/right and waste some time getting back to the movie where you had left.
There is a shortcut for this. Before closing the video just check the time on the right hand bottom of the video something like 04:10/10:58. This indicates that you have viewed 04:10 minutes of video out of 10:58 movie duration. So suppose your Youtube video url is something like
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vad3055Y, just add #t=4m10s at the end of url.
i.e.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vad3055Y#t=4m10s
That’s it your video will start from the location you had left.
