Are you looking out for a webhost and are confused on which host to select? Getting stuck with the wrong host is a very costly mistake. The best way to search for the host is to look at your favorite sites and find out where they are hosted. So your immediate thought would be to contact the owner and find out where he is hosting his site. I have a better idea than this!!.
Visit Who Is Hosting This and just enter the domain name & click on Search. That’s it. This will provide you at a glance who is hosting the site along with the ip address and the name servers. Believe me there are many more web hosting service providers than the few name that you get in search engine.

Very nice tool. That's a great way to find out who is hosting websites that you visit often which seem very stable and get a good amount of traffic. I must admit I've never actually thought of that idea when looking for a web hosting company. Thanks for sharing!
