Everyone knows that Google Docs is a free online document, docsslogospreadsheet, presentation processor. But there is more to it than what meets the eye. You can also  use Google docs to create free online feedback and survey forms. With just few clicks you are ready to embed or email the feedback/survey forms to your user and collect the feedback/survey in a single place.

To begin with just visit Google docs & login using your Google  user id.
Click on New –> Form from the drop down Menu.
Add Form Name, description of the feedback/survey, Question & help if required.
Select Question type from the dropdowns available.
By default the second question is enabled it too, if you don’t require it, just move the mouse over the question and click on trash icon on the rightmost side of the screen.

Select a Theme by clicking on the “Theme” button on top.

We will be completing 150 days of blogging for Internet Leashed, a technology blog that helps you in taking maximum advantage of the web technologies in single portal. But have we reached our destination as we had thought of? To know this we would like you to fill a short feedback and let us know how well we fared or how bad we failed.
