Cashing In On Michael Jackson’s Death

Friday, June 26, 2009

Michael Jackson, the King of Pop, died on Thursday 26th June 2009.

Jackson had been due to start a series of concerts in London on July 13. He had been rehearsing in the Los Angeles area for the past couple of  months. The shows for the 50 London concerts sold out within minutes of going on sale in March.

But now that he is no more, people are just trying to cash in on his death on the net.  What I mean is that while browsing through ebay for domain, I came across a user selling following domains.

www.MoonWalkToHeaven.org

www.MoonWalkToHeaven.net

www.MoonWalkToHeaven.mobi

www.MoonWalkToHeaven.us

www.MoonWalkToHeaven.info

with starting bid at USD 200,000 (Item number: 220442568161).

What a shame!! The user mentions “RIP MICHAEL JACKSON!!” at the end of advt. Will he be able to?
