Did you ever try to write some contents more than 500 characters on your status update of Facebook and get error?
Here is the workaround for the same.
Instead of updating the status with the text content, click on “Photo” share link & upload any picture using “upload a photo from your drive option”. Here is the image (http://sanzrao.com/blank_facebook.jpg) you can upload so that it doesn’t look like any photo uploaded. Right click on the above link and save the image to your hard disk and upload it to Facebook using the browse button as shown in the image below.
Now type the contents in the “Say something about this photo..”. Congrats, you have just found the way to enter more than 500 characters in the Facebook.
Click on Share button. That’s it. You can even edit the status using this option which you could not do in in normal status update.
